If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact info@wildthentic.com If the tour is cancelled at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If it is cancelled between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If it is cancelled within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

In the rare event that the experience has to be cancelled for bad weather conditions or any other external circumstance. You will have the opportunity to reschedule it (subject to availability), or receive credit towards a future tour or ask for a refund.
If your tour is cancelled, please contact us (by phone, chat or mail).
